  • Search and connect affiliate partners and webmasters
  • Develop and scale the affiliate network in your GEO
  • Full cycle work with partners (negotiations, onboarding, launch)
  • Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
  • Analyze traffic (FTD, deposits, ROI, retention)
  • Optimize and scale effective partners
  • Monitor the market and competitors
  • Knowledge of one of the languages: Mongolian / Uzbek / Azerbaijani / Turkish (mandatory)
  • Understanding of the local market and audience of the chosen GEO
  • English at a working level
  • Experience in affiliate / iGaming / performance marketing is an advantage
  • Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and KPI management skills
  • Fixed salary
