This involves identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners and webmasters, managing the full lifecycle of these relationships from negotiation to launch, and working with various remuneration models like CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid. The core objective is to scale the affiliate network and drive growth in the assigned region.
A key part of the role involves in-depth analysis of traffic performance, including metrics such as First-Time Depositors (FTD), deposits, Return on Investment (ROI), and player retention. This analytical work informs optimization strategies to maximize the effectiveness of existing partners. The manager will also keep a close eye on market trends and competitor activities to ensure the company remains competitive and identifies new opportunities within their GEO.
Success in this position is measured by the ability to develop and scale the affiliate network, optimize partner performance, and contribute to the brand's expansion in the chosen market.
