Affiliate Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale the affiliate direction with a focus on influencer traffic;
• Find, connect, and develop partnerships with influencers, streamers, bloggers, and media buyers;
• Work with various traffic sources;
• Analyze traffic quality, effectiveness of combinations, and KPIs;
• Participate in building the product's affiliate strategy;
• Test new approaches, integration formats, and traffic sources;
• Monitor partner results and scale successful cases.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming affiliate (Tier-1);
• Practical experience with influencer traffic;
• Understanding of the affiliate market and principles of traffic scaling;
• Skills in analyzing traffic quality, combinations, and KPIs;
• Independence, initiative, and ability to adapt quickly;
• Willingness to be involved in the dynamic launch of the product.
