You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Retention, and Customer Support teams to analyze player activity and create personalized offers. - 3+ years of experience as a VIP Manager in online Casino / Sportsbook
- Experience working with Tier-1 players: Canada, Germany, Australia, Austria, Italy, Norway, etc.
- English — C1+, Ukrainian/Russian native
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Experience with CRM systems and analytical tools is a plus
