VIP Manager

What you'll be doing:

• Build and maintain trust-based relationships with VIP players
• Reactivate "sleeping" VIP clients
• Grow player deposits and LTV
• Manage personalized communication (calls, email, messengers, live chat)
• Handle VIP player requests quickly and effectively

What matters to us:

• 2+ years of experience as a VIP Manager in iGaming (Tier-1 experience is a plus)
• Fluent Ukrainian/Russian, English from C1
• Proactive, self-driven, results-oriented
