UGC / Content Manager

UGC Production:

• Search and select actors for different GEOs (Tier-1/2/3), develop a database of performers.
• Set tasks for filming (scripts, references), control execution.
• Communicate with designers for final assembly of creatives.
• Control quality of finished content, work with revisions from media buyers.
• Negotiate with performers, optimize production costs.

Content Management (iGaming):

• Prepare and generate content, including using AI tools.
• Proofread and edit materials before publication.
• Publish materials in CMS.
• Collect and structure information for articles and pages.
• Prepare visual content (screenshots, banners, images).
• Ensure correctness of placement (formatting, structure, internal linking).

• Experience in SMM, content making, or marketing for 3-6 months.
• Experience with content in the gambling niche (TR1/TR2 GEO) is a big plus.
• Understanding of Reels/TikTok content specifics.
• English level B2 and above (for communication with foreign actors and working with materials).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills — ability to negotiate and 'push' conditions on price (sales experience is a plus).
• High visual awareness, analytical thinking.
• Basic knowledge of HTML is an advantage.
• Attention to detail, ability to work with large volumes of information and meet deadlines.
