Content Producer (Short-form Video)

What You Will Do

• Create and test creatives for short videos;
• Find and adapt successful formats, write scripts;
• Set tasks for the editor and analyze results, scaling successful hypotheses.

What We Expect

• 2+ years of experience with short-form video, organic traffic, or performance marketing;
• Understanding of Reels, Shorts, and TikTok algorithms;
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.).
