Promo Manager — Casino

What you'll do:

• Set up and launch promo campaigns — tournaments, bonuses, lotteries, gamification mechanics
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (CRM, design, content, product)
• Write clear technical briefs and control their execution end-to-end
• QA campaign materials (texts, visuals, T&Cs) and verify settings before release
• Monitor live campaigns, report on results, and optimise processes using AI tools

What we're looking for:

• Experience with iGaming promo campaigns (tournaments, bonuses, gamification)
• Understanding of bonus logic and casino mechanics
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, structured brief-writing
• Basic understanding of key metrics: retention, engagement, GGR/NGR
• Bonus: multi-step campaign experience or interest in automation & AI tools
