About the role

This PR Manager role focuses on enhancing LENKEP's brand presence through direct communication and media engagement. A core responsibility involves launching and managing regular voice chats within the company's iGaming and IT Telegram channels, serving as a direct point of contact for the community. The position also requires monitoring brand mentions and industry trends to inform proactive and reactive communication strategies.

The role supports broader PR activities, including assisting with the creation of press releases and coordinating outreach to media, influencers, and partners for publications and collaborations. Additionally, the PR Manager will help organize external productions like photo and video shoots, coordinating with contractors, and contribute to the planning and execution of both online and offline events.

Success in this position means effectively managing LENKEP's community engagement through voice chats, ensuring consistent brand messaging across various platforms, and contributing to positive media relations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to PR tasks and strong communication skills, particularly in writing and negotiation, to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Launch voice chats in our Telegram channels (iGaming and IT) — an average of 3–4 broadcasts per month;
• Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and trends; assist with operational responses;
• Help prepare press releases and communicate with media, influencers, and partners for publications, interviews, and collaborations;
• Support the organization of external production (shoots, photos, videos) — coordination with contractors;
• Get involved in organizing events — presentations, offline and online activities.

Requirements

• Experience in PR, marketing, and in the iGaming, High-risk, or Affiliate sector for at least 1 year;
• Availability of case studies and work examples — mandatory;
• Clear and competent writing skills, ability to adapt to brand TOV;
• Enjoy communicating with people — ready to negotiate with speakers, contractors, and media;
• Proactivity and ability to follow through on tasks.
