As a Payments and Fraud Analyst at Betsson Group, you will be responsible for analyzing customer accounts, processing payments, and identifying fraudulent activities across 17 brands. This role requires a keen eye for detail and strong investigative skills, ensuring that transactions are handled efficiently and securely.
You will work within a hybrid environment, collaborating with Betsson Technologies and other departments to improve internal systems. Success in this role means swiftly addressing customer concerns and minimizing losses due to fraud, while also contributing to a positive customer experience.

- Process payments for BML Group clients, along with any issues that arise from these transactions in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide an enhanced customer experience service by swiftly and safely processing customer's withdrawals.
- Ensure fraudulent transactions or activity are spotted and handled swiftly in order to minimize losses and mitigate repercussions.
- Assess and escalate cases accordingly to the responsible departments.
- Use acquired skills to research and discover/solve fraud cases involving, but not limited to Credit card fraud, Bank Fraud, Identity theft and Phishing.
- Work together with Betsson Technologies and other departments in order to continuously improve internal systems and enhanced capabilities, throughout.
- Work with other areas of the department professionally and efficiently.
- Strong foundation and familiarity with the iGaming industry.
- Analytical mindset and genuine interest in fraud detection.
- Self-driven and able to work independently, taking initiative when necessary.
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop professionally.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Hybrid work model with shifts scheduled across 15 to 16 days per month from 1:00 PM to midnight.
