Middle RTB Manager

Optimize RTB traffic: analyze source effectiveness, optimize purchases, improve traffic quality and volumes, work with current connections.
Work with RTB partners: communication, quality control, relationship development, launching new opportunities (finding new partners is not a key task, ~5% of time).
Platform: the company uses an in-house RTB solution, not white label. Understand the system and work with the CTO. Coding is not required, but understanding the technical side of the RTB ecosystem is important.
Financial part: maintain reporting and control indicators in the direction.

2+ years of experience in RTB, hands-on work with traffic.
Experience in optimizing sources and working with partners.
Understanding of RTB processes and ecosystem.
Independence and responsibility for results — this is not a position for simple tasks, but a full responsibility area for one specialist (currently, the RTB direction is solo).
