This includes coordinating with authorities for merger clearance and regulatory approvals, providing legal support throughout the transaction lifecycle from initial structuring to post-closing activities.
A key component of this role is providing legal and regulatory support for market entry into regulated gambling jurisdictions. This involves assessing regulatory requirements, coordinating with gambling regulators on licensing and approvals, and mitigating regulatory risks arising from M&A or structural changes. The lawyer will partner with internal and external regulatory counsel to ensure compliance with applicable gambling regulations.
Beyond transactions, the role also encompasses corporate governance and legal entity management. This includes managing the full lifecycle of group entities across various jurisdictions, preparing corporate documents, and acting as the primary legal contact for external administrators. Must-Have
- Legally qualified in a civil or common law jurisdiction with 4+ years of relevant experience in corporate law, M&A, corporate transactions, or legal entity management.

- Solid understanding of corporate governance, company law, and international structuring.
