- Drafting, legal review, and analysis of different kinds of agreements upon request;
- Provision of information/documents upon request;
- Maintaining and regularly updating legal information related to the projects;
- Updating personal and corporate documents for the companies and their UBOs on a quarterly basis;
- Maintaining and updating corporate structure charts and ownership structures of companies, including information on UBOs;
- Filling out and/or checking of various forms for the companies and their UBOs upon request;
- Organization of signature process for various forms and other documents upon request;
- Communication with service providers on a permanent basis;
- Assistance to colleagues from other departments on various legal issues.
- Upper-Intermediate English (B2+);
- Native or near-native Russian proficiency;
- German (B2+) is a strong advantage;
- 2+ years of legal experience, preferably supporting international corporate or commercial matters in an international company or law firm;
- Degree in Law (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
