This role supports a B2B iGaming software and platform provider that has been operating since 2012. The company develops scalable SaaS and digital products, offering turnkey and white-label solutions to iGaming operators. They also assist clients with licensing and integrate top gaming products, with a distributed team of over 400 professionals. The legal support provided will be crucial for maintaining their market position and enabling continued international project launches.

The Middle-level Lawyer will act as a generalist with a strong emphasis on contracts across iGaming, payments, and IT projects. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements such as NDAs, DPAs, service agreements, and IT/SaaS contracts. This position also involves advising commercial, product, finance, and compliance teams on contract structure, liability, payment flows, data protection, IP, sanctions, AML, KYC, and operational risks, ensuring the company's legal integrity and business objectives are met.

A significant part of the role involves supporting a payment connector project, where the company acts as an intermediary between payment providers and operators. This includes drafting and negotiating introducer/referral agreements with PSPs and operators, focusing on commission and revenue share models. The lawyer will also analyze terms from providers and operators regarding onboarding, merchant requirements, transaction flows, chargebacks, and data protection, coordinating legal onboarding processes and tracking contract stages to resolve any legal blockers.

General Legal Support

• Provide legal support as a middle-level generalist with strong contract focus for iGaming, payments, IT and commercial projects
• Draft, review, negotiate and maintain commercial contracts, addenda, NDAs, DPAs/DSAs, referral/introducer agreements, service agreements, IT/SaaS/software development agreements, terms and policies
• Advise commercial, product, finance and compliance teams on contract structure, liability, payment flow, data, IP, sanctions/AML/KYC and operational risks
• Review terms and conditions from IT vendors, payment partners, operators and other counterparties
• Build and update templates, negotiation positions, trackers, contract matrix and internal guidance

Payment Connector Project Support

• Support the project connecting payment providers and operators where the Company acts as intermediary through referral and introducer agreements
• Draft, review and negotiate introducer/referral agreements with PSPs, operators and related partners, including commission/revenue share mechanics and payment terms
• Analyze provider and operator terms, onboarding rules, merchant requirements, transaction flow, chargebacks, reserves, settlements, confidentiality and data protection
• Coordinate legal onboarding of PSPs/operators with commercial, finance and compliance; track contract stages and outstanding legal blockers
• Review IT and product agreements related to integrations, API access, support, maintenance, hosting, security, data processing and SLA

• 3+ years of experience as a Contract Lawyer or Legal Generalist
• Experience in iGaming, payments, or fintech
• Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
• Experience with NDAs, DPAs/DSAs, service agreements, terms review, privacy/IP, and basic AML/KYC matters
• Understanding of contract lifecycle management and cross-functional legal support
• English B2+ and fluent Russian
• Strong drafting, negotiation, stakeholder management, and project ownership skills
• Business-oriented and practical approach to legal problem-solving
