- Analyze potential investment projects and companies.
- Study financial and management reporting, financial models, and business structure.
- Evaluate business value, investment attractiveness, and potential profitability.
- Communicate with founders, shareholders, and top management of companies.
- Build and analyze complex financial models.
- Formulate investment cases (Investment Memo) for presentation to stakeholders.
- Coordinate the Due Diligence process and interact with internal teams.
- Participate in negotiations and support transactions until closing (subsequently monitor the portfolio).
- At least 1 year of experience in the investment field, company valuation, M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or related areas.
- Practical experience in evaluating real companies or investment projects.
- Proficient in financial modeling (Excel).
- Skills in analyzing financial statements, budgeting, and building financial forecasts.
- Experience communicating with business representatives in project or deal evaluations.
- Ability to independently gather, structure information, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Systematic approach, analytical thinking, and a high degree of independence.
- Advantageous: English language skills and a relevant higher education degree (finance/economics).
- Full-time, Remote.
- Work directly with the head of the investment direction.
