- Master’s degree in Law (licensed to practice in Armenia)
- Minimum 5 years of legal experience
- At least 2 years in a managerial or senior legal role
- Experience in risk management, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution
- Ability to support business operations with legal guidance while ensuring compliance
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing legal teams
- Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple legal matters effectively
