• Accelerate delivery and increase release predictability
• Develop engineering processes and team interactions
• Participate in architectural decisions and technical strategy formation
• Work on platform security (OWASP, transaction protection, anti-fraud)
• Implement AI in development processes: code generation, test automation, AI-assisted code review, speed up time-to-market
• Audit development processes and eliminate bottlenecks
• Dive into code and architecture if necessary (hands-on)

• Experience managing multiple development teams for at least 3 years
• Strong technical background (not just management)
• Experience in medium-sized product companies
• Deep understanding of Python, Node.js, and React is a plus
• Experience with high-load systems
• Experience with financial transactions, security, and anti-fraud
• Practical experience implementing AI in development processes with measurable results is mandatory
