- Build long-term relationships with traffic suppliers and develop a strong affiliate network;
- Attract new partners through channels: PPC, SEO, Facebook, ASO, UAC, In-app, SMS, e-mail;
- Evaluate traffic effectiveness and monitor KPI achievement;
- Analyze data and optimize campaigns for ROI growth;
- Check and analyze affiliate payouts;
- Collaborate with company teams to prevent fraud;
- Place content in leading industry publications.
- 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing in iGaming;
- 1+ year of experience in a managerial position;
- Mandatory experience working on a product (own brands);
- Deep knowledge of CPA, Hybrid, RS, EPC models;
- Understanding of technical integration of partners;
- English from B1;
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills, flexibility;
- Willingness for a strategic role and development of the direction.
