About the role

This position is for an Affiliate Marketing Manager tasked with growing the company's brand presence specifically within the Russian market. The core responsibility involves identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with new partners, including advertising networks, affiliate networks, webmasters, and other traffic owners. Success in this role requires a proactive approach to partnership development and network expansion.

The role demands a creative mindset to generate novel ideas and strategies for acquiring new traffic. Beyond acquisition, the manager will be responsible for analyzing the quality of incoming traffic, scaling effective campaigns, and continuously optimizing advertising efforts. This involves a deep understanding and implementation of various monetization models, including CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid structures.

Candidates should possess 1-2 years of experience in marketing, traffic acquisition, or promotion, though direct iGaming experience is not a prerequisite. Familiarity with the operational principles of advertising and affiliate networks is essential.
