  • Search, connect, and develop relationships with new partners (advertising and affiliate networks, webmasters, traffic owners).
  • Generate ideas and develop creative strategies for attracting new traffic.
  • Analyze traffic quality, scale successful campaigns, and optimize advertising.
  • Develop and implement promotion strategies under CPA, RevShare, Hybrid models.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, traffic acquisition, or promotion (not necessarily in iGaming).
  • Experience with advertising and affiliate networks, understanding their principles.
  • Knowledge of main monetization models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid.
