- Use and experiment with AI tools for requirements analysis, development, code review, testing, and other engineering activities
- Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems
- Communicate with business stakeholders and end users to clarify requirements, gather feedback, and support application rollouts
- 5+ years of commercial development experience with the 1C 8 platform, including Managed Forms and Web Client
- Strong knowledge of standard 1C platform objects
- Solid practical knowledge of the Standard Subsystems Library, SSL, and its core principles and components
- Good understanding of database architecture and ACID principles
- Experience in financial reporting development
- Practical experience with REST API integrations
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Hands on experience using AI tools in development or analysis, or strong interest in actively experimenting with them
- Ability to read and write technical documentation in English
- Russian at Upper Intermediate level or higher, both spoken and written
