• Investigate, document, and report on information security issues and emerging trends.

• Provide analysis of security log data from a large number of heterogeneous security devices and critical environments.
• Support, maintain and operate security infrastructure and technologies.

• Around 1 year of experience in IT, ideally in a security or technical support role.
• Understand principles of IT systems and system architecture.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and OSI network protocol stack, including major protocols such as IP, ICMP, TCP, UDP, SMTP, HTTP(s), SSH, etc.
• Familiarity with Networking, Windows, and Unix Operating Systems.
• Security-savvy, with a passion for staying updated on the latest security trends, tools, and products.
• Understanding of threat intelligence sources, indicators of compromise (IOCs), and threat hunting techniques.
• Basic knowledge of cloud security principles and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Meticulous attention to detail when analyzing logs, alerts, and security data.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing threat landscapes and evolving security technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on a shift basis, including day, evening, night, and weekend shifts.
• Good English communication skills.
• Prior experience in handling security incidents is a plus.
• Experience with SOC tools: SIEM, Incident Management, Threat Intelligence, SOAR is a plus.
