Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization and alignment with business goals.
  • Translate business needs into product requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Drive feature delivery from discovery through release and post-launch evaluation.
  • Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitor solutions to identify new opportunities and improvements.
  • Work closely with Development, CRM, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and external providers to deliver product initiatives.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical stakeholders and ensure alignment on priorities and expectations.
  • Support product experimentation, hypothesis validation, and continuous product improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure transparency around priorities, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
  • Take ownership of product decisions and drive measurable business outcomes through data-driven and user-centric solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
  • Proven experience launching products or major product features from concept to production.
  • Experience owning the full product lifecycle, from requirements gathering to release and post-launch optimization.
  • Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Strong backlog management and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive initiatives independently.
  • Russian – C1.
  • Nice to Have: Experience in iGaming, Casino, Aggregator, FinTech, or other high-load B2B/B2C products.
  • Understanding of bonus mechanics, gamification systems, and player retention strategies.
  • Experience with A/B testing and product analytics tools.
  • Experience working with high-load systems.
