  • Generate ideas for performance creatives based on inputs, analytics, and successful cases.
  • Create video and static creatives for advertising campaigns.
  • Develop 10+ unique concepts weekly and create variations for testing.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  • Quickly refine creatives based on launch results and feedback.
  • Analyze successful and unsuccessful hypotheses, propose new approaches.
  • Occasionally participate in creating landing pages and PWA applications.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Motion Designer in an iGaming media buying team.
  • Ability to independently find ideas and turn them into workable concepts without detailed briefs.
  • Strong AI workflow: content generation, prompting, and using neural networks to speed up creative production.
  • Proficient in Photoshop and/or Figma.
  • Experience with video editing software (After Effects, CapCut, or similar).
  • High work speed and ability to quickly adapt to test results.
  • Self-organization, attention to detail, and responsibility in a remote work format.
  • Calm attitude towards revisions, iterations, and the constant testing cycle.
  • Fully remote work format.
  • 5/2 schedule, communication window: 11:00–20:00 (GMT+3).
  • High income level (salary + % of profit).
  • Access to analytics, launch results, and quick feedback from the team.
  • Ability to directly influence advertising campaign results and personal income.
