The specialist will guide individuals and their families through Spanish visa and work permit applications, collecting and organizing all required documentation. This includes providing full-cycle support from pre-arrival logistics to onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

A key aspect of this position involves developing and refining internal processes for document translation, notarization, and submission. The specialist will act as the primary expert for all migration-related inquiries, working closely with local Spanish authorities, legal partners, and notaries. Staying informed on the latest immigration law updates and ensuring BrainRocket's full compliance are also critical responsibilities.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in establishing BrainRocket's Valencia office and will contribute to the company's global relocation and mobility strategy. This position requires someone proactive and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks while maintaining a strong network of legal and migration contacts within Spain. Success will be measured by the efficiency and compliance of the relocation processes and the positive experience of relocating employees.

The salary for this role ranges from $27,500 to $44,000 USD annually.
