Senior Business/System Analyst (AI)

• Formalize business requirements and use cases for AI/ML solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, analysts, architects, lawyers, and product teams.
• Support AI/ML projects at all stages: PoC → MVP → Production.
• Participate in finding product solutions in uncertain conditions.

• At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/Tech.
• Understanding of AI/ML principles and key metrics for model quality assessment.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and formalizing requirements.
• Proficiency in process description tools (Miro, Draw.io, or similar).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Product mindset and ability to work in uncertain conditions.
• English proficiency for working with documentation and international teams.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with GenAI, ML, or AI products.
• Experience in personalization or marketing platform projects.
• Understanding of product metrics (Retention, Churn, LTV, etc.).
• Experience in iGaming, FinTech, Entertainment, or Subscription products.
