About the role

In this role, you will lead cross-functional projects within the Casino Platform at SOFTSWISS, ensuring that all aspects of project delivery are aligned and on schedule. You will be part of the Setup Team, contributing to the company's growth and innovation.

Your responsibilities will include developing detailed project plans, communicating with stakeholders, and managing project documentation. Success in this position means delivering projects on time, within scope, and adhering to budget constraints while fostering collaboration among various teams.

• Conducting a feasibility study and risk assessment for the project, creating a risk management plan and mitigation strategies

• Creating and maintaining project documentation (according to the company’s procedures), including project plans, requirements, design specifications, and progress reports
• Ensuring all documentation is accessible and organized
• Via monitoring systems tracking project progress, identifying issues, and ensuring adherence to the project plan
• Managing all development process tasks, and controlling the project’s scope and timeframes
• Conducting a project closure meeting to review achievements, lessons learned, and areas for improvement
• Documenting the project's success and areas for improvement for future reference
• Conducting kick-off and demo sessions about SOFTWISS products
• Working on 4 projects simultaneously
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget

• 2+ years experience working as a Project Manager and/or Team Manager in a software development company
• Advanced English and Russian level (C1)
• Experience managing a development team in a full software development lifecycle from requirements to delivery
• Understanding major principles and methodologies of project/delivery management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Professional Project Management/Agile certifications
• Nice to have: Knowledge of the technologies used by software development teams
• Programming skills and knowledge of development environments
• Experience in running/organizing workshops and training sessions will be a plus
