• Payment Processing & Reconciliation:
• Process and monitor daily transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and refunds.
• Fraud Prevention & Risk Management:
• Monitor transactions for suspicious activities and implement fraud prevention measures.
• Assist in chargeback and dispute resolution processes.
• Work with risk management teams to enhance security protocols.
• Payment Systems & Provider Coordination:
• Manage relationships with payment service providers (PSPs) and banks.
• Support integration and testing of new payment methods and gateways.
• Customer Support & Issue Resolution:
• Assist customers with payment-related inquiries and escalations.
• Investigate and resolve payment failures and processing errors.
• Provide insights to improve payment flow and user experience.

Requirements

• Experience in working with PSPs, chargebacks, and fraud detection systems.
• Strong knowledge of payment processing systems and online payment flows.
• Familiarity with AML, KYC, PCI DSS, and compliance regulations.
• Experience in fraud detection, chargeback management, and dispute resolution.
• Proficiency in using payment monitoring and reconciliation tools.
