What You Will Focus On:

• Scale & Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for launching and scaling campaigns in Facebook Ads / Google Ads in Tier-1 / Tier-2 markets.
• Performance Control: Deep analysis of creatives, audiences, and optimization of placements to achieve maximum ROI.
• A/B Testing: Implement a systematic approach to testing approaches, offers, and landing pages.
• Creative Flow: Set clear tasks for the internal design team and control the quality of video/static creatives.
• Analytics: Full optimization of campaigns based on tracker data (Keitaro, Binom) and internal systems (CPA, EPC, LTV).
• Leadership: Manage internal team processes, share expertise, and develop each buyer within the unit.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 2+ years in Media Buying in the Gambling vertical (FB), Gambling OR Crypto (UAC / willing to retrain to gambling).
• Expertise: Deep understanding of the technical side (cloaking, anti-detects, working with different account types, payment solutions).
• Results-driven: Proven cases of scaling budgets from $30,000/month in Tier-1/2 countries.
• Analytics: Ability to build comprehensive reporting and work with large data sets.
• Team Mindset: Leadership skills for Team Lead and high discipline for buyers. Ability to work in a team and take responsibility for the overall result.
