- Launch traffic through TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Facebook, Threads
- Constantly search for and scale successful working combinations and mechanics
- Conduct numerous tests and make quick decisions based on data
- Analyze platform algorithms, content, and competitors
- Work with the content team (initially create part of the content independently)
- Maintain clear reporting on test results.
- Real experience in organic traffic generation on social media
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Reels, and Shorts algorithms
- Habit of testing dozens of hypotheses and quickly disabling non-working ones
- Analytical mindset and data-driven, independently seeking growth points
- Experience in the iGaming/Gambling vertical is a plus.
- Remote/full-time

- In-house development: assistance in automating routine tasks
