From the employer
- Manage the Company's litigation portfolio, including employment litigation, consumer, commercial, regulatory, and player disputes
- Develop and implement litigation and settlement strategies aligned with business objectives
- Supervise external law firms, review legal work, monitor deadlines, budgets and performance
- Assess litigation risks, prepare legal opinions and support contingency and provision assessments
- Coordinate the resolution of player and consumer complaints and administrative proceedings before regulatory authorities
- Advise internal stakeholders on litigation risks and legal developments affecting the gaming and betting business
- Prepare litigation reports, analyze litigation trends and recommend measures to reduce legal exposure and prevent future disputes
- Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, HR, Finance, Customer Support and Operations to support the Company's regulated gaming operations in Brazil
- Law degree and active OAB registration
- 5+ years' experience in litigation, preferably in gaming, betting, fintech or another highly regulated industry
- Strong experience managing labour, consumer and commercial disputes
- Experience coordinating external counsel and managing high-volume litigation
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent Portuguese and professional English
