About the role
This role supports the founder of Cobalt Lab, an iGaming platform, in the end-to-end process of launching new product hypotheses. The work involves contributing to product tasks from initial concept to final solution, with a focus on understanding and testing new ideas within the iGaming sector. The assistant will be directly involved in the strategic development of new offerings.
A core part of the position is conducting research across various domains, including market trends, competitor analysis, user behavior, and new product ideas. This research will inform conclusions that guide product development. The role also includes coordinating experiments and A/B tests, and managing contractors and internal processes to facilitate product launches.
Success in this role means effectively assisting the founder in bringing new projects and directions to fruition. The position offers a direct path to becoming a Product Manager within 6 to 12 months, providing an opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in product analytics, monetization, growth strategies, and team dynamics within the iGaming industry.
