Search for insights and growth points — independently, not just based on top-down assignments
Work with AdHoc requests
Analytical support for feature releases: evaluation and research
Development and maintenance of dashboards for product teams
Monitoring and deep analysis of key product metrics: DAU/MAU, Retention, LTV, ARPU, conversions, funnels
Formulation of data-driven recommendations and their defense before the team

2.5+ years of experience in product or game analytics
Proficient in SQL — complex queries, window functions, aggregations, optimization, knowledge of ClickHouse and Python
Experience with A/B testing and understanding of statistical fundamentals (p-value, confidence intervals, sample size)
Ability to independently formulate hypotheses and test them with data
Experience with BI tools
Understanding of funnels and metrics of mobile products
