Event Manager

About the role

The Event Manager will oversee the complete lifecycle of events and activations within the iGaming and Esports sectors. This includes everything from initial concept development through to execution, ensuring that all aspects align with client expectations and project goals.

Working in a remote setting, the Event Manager will collaborate with various internal teams such as marketing, PR, and design, as well as external contractors and partners. Success in this role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage timelines and budgets effectively.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously: full cycle of event or activation work (from concept to execution);
• Detail planning, preparing briefs for internal teams and contractors, controlling timelines and budgets;
• Communicate with contractors, partners, and all internal departments (marketing, PR, design, promo, sponsorship);
• Prepare reports and analytics based on project outcomes;
• Work with documents, basic presentations (Figma), AI tools, and task tracking systems.

• Experience in BTL / Event / creative / advertising agencies;
• Experience organizing events for large brands, sports events, music or city festivals (ideally - multi-geo projects);
• Experience as a brand manager or event manager in a large company;
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines;
• Very confident communication skills, independence, and proactivity;
• Stress resistance (especially on event day) and ability to work in a team.
