Remote c-level 5 days ago full-time

Develop and scale the company's internal technical infrastructure;
Design and implement internal services, automation tools, and corporate systems;
Audit existing technical solutions and propose improvements;
Manage technical projects from requirements gathering to deployment;
Enhance development processes, increasing task execution speed and quality of technical solutions;
Coordinate the technical team and ensure effective interaction with internal clients;
Participate in forming the technical strategy and defining infrastructure development priorities;
Strengthen the team as needed: participate in hiring, developing specialists, and building the department structure.

Experience as a Tech Lead / CTO in traffic arbitrage is required;
Experience managing a technical team and implementing complex infrastructure projects;
Ability to design internal service architecture and make technical decisions considering business scalability;
Experience in developing or implementing corporate systems (CRM, ERP, internal services, automation tools, analytical platforms, etc.);
Strong project management skills: auditing, prioritization, planning, and implementation control;
Experience in establishing development processes, inter-team interaction, and improving technical department efficiency;
Understanding of modern approaches to DevOps, cloud infrastructure, security, and fault tolerance;
Willingness to take responsibility for the development of the technical direction and propose initiatives that impact business efficiency.
