This CTO role focuses on building and scaling the technical infrastructure for a company operating in iGaming and crypto traffic arbitrage. The position requires designing and implementing internal services, automation tools, and corporate systems. • Experience as a Tech Lead / CTO in traffic arbitrage is required;
• Experience managing a technical team and implementing complex infrastructure projects;

• Experience in developing or implementing corporate systems (CRM, ERP, internal services, automation tools, analytical platforms, etc.);
• Strong project management skills: auditing, prioritization, planning, and implementation control;
• Experience in establishing development processes, inter-team interaction, and improving technical department efficiency;
• Understanding of modern approaches to DevOps, cloud infrastructure, security, and fault tolerance;
• Willingness to take responsibility for the development of the technical direction and propose initiatives that impact business efficiency.
