  • Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring effective collaboration across departments and high execution standards.
  • Own and continuously improve product and engineering delivery, ensuring predictable, high-quality releases aligned with business goals, roadmaps, and SLAs.
  • Translate strategy into structured execution plans and drive consistent delivery across teams.
  • Act as a key operational partner to the CEO, bridging strategy and execution.
  • Partner with the C-level to support commercial growth through operational scalability and delivery reliability.
  • Build and scale operational infrastructure (processes, governance, internal systems).
  • Drive organizational scaling, including hiring key talent and supporting expansion of teams and offices.
  • Lead resource allocation and prioritization, ensuring efficient use of people and budgets.
  • Oversee operating expenses and cost efficiency, balancing growth with financial discipline.
  • Support and oversee contract negotiation and management where relevant.
  • Ensure company policies and strategic initiatives are effectively communicated and implemented across teams.
  • Ensure alignment of operational practices with legal and compliance requirements.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and performance, while maintaining a strong and healthy work environment.
  • Report to the CEO on operational performance, driving continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience in a COO role or another senior leadership position within product technology companies.
  • Strong expertise in delivery and execution within product and engineering functions.
  • Experience in scaling organizations and building structured, efficient operations.
  • Solid expertise in operational management, resource allocation, and process optimization.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with experience managing complex cross-functional teams in companies with 200+ employees.
  • Experience working closely with executive stakeholders and aligning multiple functions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and high ownership, with the ability to operate beyond a functional role.
  • Experience in hiring and scaling teams and collaborating with HR on talent strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on performance improvement.
  • Technical background or deep experience working with engineering teams is a strong plus.
  • Experience in iGaming or similar digital industries is a plus, but not required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Fluent English and Russian.
