- Support the management of licensing, regulatory reporting and ongoing compliance obligations in Peru and other Latin American jurisdictions as required.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, reports, licence applications and responses to regulatory authorities.
- Monitor regulatory developments and support the implementation of regulatory changes across relevant Latin American markets.
- Maintain compliance documentation, records and evidence required to support audits, inspections and regulatory reviews.
- Assist in conducting compliance monitoring activities and reviews to identify potential regulatory risks, gaps or areas for improvement.
- Support internal compliance training and awareness initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Compliance function.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal, Product, Operations and Commercial teams, to ensure regulatory requirements are understood and appropriately implemented.
- Professional English both written and oral.
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Business Administration, Political Science or a related field.
- Previous experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, legal, audit or a related governance function would be advantageous.
- Experience within the online gaming industry would be considered a plus.
- Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks in Peru, including licensing, AML/CFT, KYC and data protection requirements.
- Knowledge of other Latin American regulatory frameworks would be advantageous.
- Strong organisational, analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
