Affiliate Manager (Asian Markets)

About the role

This role focuses on managing and expanding Banzai Partners' affiliate network within Asian markets. The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and negotiating terms with new affiliates, as well as nurturing existing relationships to maximize revenue. Success in this position involves a proactive approach to affiliate engagement and performance monitoring.

The work involves continuous analysis of performance metrics to optimize affiliate campaigns and ensure revenue targets are met. The Affiliate Manager will also provide ongoing support to affiliates, keeping them informed of industry trends and competitive landscapes. Collaboration with internal teams on marketing strategies is also a key component of the role.

The ideal candidate will operate independently, staying updated on market developments and competitor activities. Regular reporting on performance to management is required. This position is fully remote, offering flexible working hours and a supportive environment for career development.
