Research visual references, create mood boards, and help define compelling visual directions for new game themes.
Create high-quality 2D artwork for slot games, from initial concepts and sketches to polished final renders, including characters, environments, symbols, props, UI elements, and key promotional visuals.
Develop multiple composition, color, and stylistic variations to explore and refine creative ideas.
Generate visuals using AI-powered tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Nano Banana, Krea, and others) and transform them into production-ready artwork through paint-over, compositing, and further refinement.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of the visual style, artistic vision, and thematic consistency of game projects.
Collaborate closely with Game Designers, Developers, and other cross-functional team members throughout the production process.
Rapidly iterate on concepts and visual solutions based on feedback and project needs.
Proactively suggest new visual themes, artistic approaches, and emerging trends that can inspire future game development.
Research, test, and integrate new AI tools and workflows to improve creative processes and production efficiency.

2+ years of experience as a 2D Artist and/or Concept Artist in the gaming industry, preferably within iGaming and slot games.
Strong portfolio showcasing character design, environments, visual storytelling, and game concepts.
Strong understanding of composition, color theory, lighting, visual hierarchy, and stylization.
Experience creating and maintaining visual styles and artistic direction for game features or entire game themes.
Strong narrative and visual storytelling skills.
Understanding of slot game trends, player preferences, and popular visual themes within the iGaming industry.
Ability to generate creative ideas and rapidly explore multiple visual directions.
Ability to work within established art styles while adapting to different project needs.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or equivalent digital painting tools.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Commercial experience working with AI-powered creative tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, Krea, Higgsfield, Stable Diffusion, Leonardo AI, ChatGPT, StableVision, and AI-powered Photoshop features.
