  • Tier 4 Escalation & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary engineer and assistant for troubleshooting, resolving and further escalation to respective teams (DevOps, Cloud/System, DB Engineering, Software Development) incidents derived from lower levels of Support, IM/PM, Monitoring etc.
  • Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Participate in analysis of the root causes of issues where applicable.
  • System Operation and Maintenance: Responsible for configuration of applications and intercommunication also preferred to contribute in the administration and deployment of systems.
  • Monitoring and Optimization: Observe system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and reduce incidents, push improvements to monitoring team.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation and the Knowledge Base to enhance the efficiency of the T4-related processes.

  • Experience (2+ Years) in Linux System Administration.

  • Experience working with databases - simple querying for basic diagnostics of application issues.
