Responsibilities

• Design and implement IGT's system solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Perform technical installations and deployments in accordance with project guidelines and solution architecture.
• Provide technical clarification and resolve implementation-related issues.
• Collaborate closely with the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) throughout project execution and escalate any deviations from the approved solution design or project handbook.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and keep Salesforce (SF) records up to date.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify root causes and improvement opportunities following installation issues.
• Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and customers.
• Maintain and update the technical architecture library and implementation documentation.
• Support IGT system solutions during business hours and collaborate with the global support organization to resolve customer issues.
• Log, track, troubleshoot, and resolve customer support tickets within defined SLA response and resolution timelines.
• Ensure proper ticket follow-up, documentation, escalation, and time tracking within Salesforce.
• Provide implementation status updates, pending issue lists, and feedback to the Service Delivery Manager after customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar technical implementation, systems engineering, or infrastructure support role.
• Experience working with enterprise infrastructure, cloud technologies, and customer-facing implementations.
• Experience with ticketing systems (Salesforce preferred) and SLA-driven support environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
• Valid driver's license.
