  • Serves as subject matter expert for assigned products and strategy, ensuring support of and alignment with the Company’s overall business strategy and objectives, with a focus on financial gain and Company growth.
  • Customarily and regularly partners with internal teams in seeking new, meaningful, and innovative ways to expand business offerings.
  • Responsible for understanding high level market intelligence, providing insight into competitive products, pricing, and performance.
  • Responsible for creating, documenting, managing, and implementing product demonstration processes, best practices, and customer successes; collaborates with cross functional teams, ensuring materials and demonstration processes are updated continuously.
  • Responsible for facilitating meetings, providing updates, and opening communications for technical demonstrations across multiple departments.
  • Actively researches opportunities for customers to leverage or enhance use of Company products.
  • Supports cross-sell opportunities for products and services.
  • Recommends sales strategies based on market research and competitor analyses.
  • Actively establishes and maintains customer and partner relationships.
  • Assists in developing, communicating, and implementing growth strategies and processes; participates in post-mortem strategy analysis reviewing performance, revenue, and sell-through.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field required.
  • 5-8 years’ experience in an operations or marketing role; industry experience required.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of industry marketing and operations.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking and the ability to convert complex information into clear executive summaries for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to interface with existing and potential customers to build strong relationships.

  • The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $90,000– $115,000 USD, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary.
  • IGT complies with all applicable pay transparency and compensation laws and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
  • Base pay is one component of IGT’s total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities.
