Manage the team (developers, designers, release manager, and content manager).
Ensure quality of team work: check titles, designs, creatives, final builds.
Test applications: independently test all releases in Xcode.
Organize release processes: set tasks, deadlines, and monitor status in Jira.
Analyze: investigate reasons for rejections/approvals, optimize processes, increase % of successful releases.
Motivate the team: constantly monitor deadlines, push, synchronize.

Experience as an IT Project Manager is mandatory.
Experience in iGaming (Gambling, Betting) is mandatory. This is a key requirement.
Experience with WebView applications for iOS is a big plus (understanding the logic of embedded browsers, interaction with native elements, assembly specifics).
Understanding of App Store moderation specifics and experience in bypassing restrictions is desirable.
Knowledge of tools: Cursor, GitHub, Xcode, Codemagic, Jira is a plus.
Ability to take responsibility, structure processes, and bring order.
Enthusiasm, leadership, and readiness to grow with the team.

Salary: fixed + KPI paid twice a month.
