IT Project Manager (DevOps team)

This position focuses on managing projects and tasks for the DevOps and Infrastructure teams. Responsibilities include planning scope, timelines, and resources, as well as organizing the project delivery process and monitoring execution. The role also involves coordinating infrastructure initiatives, technical improvements, and complex feature launches in collaboration with various development teams.

Key aspects of the role include risk identification and management for infrastructure, platform, and product projects, along with backlog management for technical debt and improvements. The Project Manager will also oversee incident management, maintain Jira task information, and set up team workflows. Success in this role requires facilitating Agile ceremonies, reporting on sprints, and proactively addressing process issues and conflicts within the team, while also supporting team motivation and collaboration.

• Project and task planning for a DevOps / Infrastructure team – scope, timelines, resources;

• Experience working with Infrastructure and/or DevOps teams;
• Fluent Russian and English at the level of reading and writing technical documentation;
• Over 3 years of experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the Waterfall model;
• Experience managing projects and tasks for technical teams, including close collaboration with Infrastructure / DevOps functions;
• Relevant work experience in IT product companies (iGaming will be a big advantage);
• Ability to create and maintain project documentation;
• English at the level of reading and writing technical documentation;
• Responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
