Appearance Assistant

About the role

As an Appearance Assistant at Pragmatic Play, you will be responsible for training new Game Presenters and ensuring they meet the company's appearance standards. Your role will involve maintaining employee records related to image presentation and recommending image changes as needed.

You will work within a dynamic team at ARRISE, a leading game developer known for its diverse portfolio in the iGaming sector. Success in this role means effectively communicating appearance standards and conducting assessments to ensure that all presenters reflect the company's image.

• Maintain and update employee records related to image and personal presentation;
• Train employees on the company's image requirements and standards;
• Recommend and monitor the implementation of image changes requested by employees or the company;
• Assess the appearance of each new employee before their first studio entry;
• Develop written materials and procedures related to image standards;
• Conduct image tests for different projects in the studios;
• Communicate relevant information about image and presentation in appropriate internal channels;
• Check and update files and documentation dedicated to employee images;
• Coordinate and support sessions presenting corporate standards, as well as practical workshops.

• Certification or diploma in Makeup and/or Hairdressing, recognized by a competent institution;
• Minimum of 1 year experience in roles related to Appearance, Image, Beauty, or related areas;
• Knowledge in hairstyles and hairstyling;
• Excellent presentation skills;
• Knowledge in computer skills (Office Suite and digital tools);
• Good interpersonal communication and self-control;
• Attention to detail;
• Ability to handle different profiles, personalities, and cultures.
