Coordinate and support the monthly accounting close for multiple LATAM entities, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting.
Review accounting entries, reconciliations, accruals, and provisions to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Perform variance analysis and review financial results to identify unusual movements, investigate discrepancies, and provide meaningful insights.
Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring all key accounts are reconciled and supported by appropriate documentation.
Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations and tax requirements across LATAM jurisdictions.
Collaborate with external accounting partners, auditors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely resolution of accounting matters.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
Review financial data for accuracy and completeness before it is finalized in the General Ledger.
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, strengthen internal controls, and support automation initiatives.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior accounting team members, helping maintain high-quality accounting standards across the team.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
4–6 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in multinational or regional organizations.
Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience preparing or reviewing financial statements and reconciliations.
Experience working with multiple LATAM countries; exposure to Argentina, Colombia, and Peru is highly desirable.
Solid understanding of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and month-end close processes.
Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and communicate business impacts effectively.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance and business teams.
Advanced English proficiency.
